1. Service Description

COSMOS FUEL SPA provides AI-powered fuel optimization software for mining and heavy industry fleets. Our platform includes the Virtual Sensor for real-time fuel consumption prediction, GreenMining for emissions tracking, GreenMining for driver behavior analytics, and related consulting services.

2. Account and Access

Access to the COSMOS platform is granted under a subscription agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each subscription is licensed per organization and may not be shared with third parties.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your fleet and operational data. By using our services, you grant COSMOS a license to process this data for the purpose of providing our optimization services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and benchmark industry performance.

4. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.5% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Our Virtual Sensor provides 97% prediction accuracy under normal operating conditions. Results may vary based on data quality and fleet configuration.

5. Limitation of Liability

COSMOS provides optimization recommendations based on data analysis. Operational decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Governing Law
